Manitoba PNP conducted its most recent provincial nominee program draw on 12 March 2020 inviting a sum of 222 immigration applicants to take the subsequent step toward Canada PR.
The Provincial Nominee Program of Manitoba (MPNP) conducted its 85th Expression of Interest (E.O.I) draw, inviting applicants from the below three Manitoba immigration streams:
17 Express Entry candidates received invitations to apply (ITAs), identified as Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) in this EOI draw.
In order to receive an Invitation to apply for a Manitoba provincial nomination from the streams of Skilled Workers Overseas and Skilled Workers in Manitoba, aspirants must register an E.O.I with Manitoba Provincial Program.
An EOI is an online profile that provides a rank based on the score secured out of 1000 points. Points are given for a candidate’s educational level, skilled work experience, age, connections to the province of Manitoba and proficiency in the language of English and/or French, with other factors.
In the current draw, candidates received ITAs under the Category Skilled Workers in Manitoba had a provincial score of 496. Candidates received ITAs under the Category Skilled Workers Overseas had a provincial score of 672.
Category Skilled Workers Overseas allows the Manitoba Provincial Program to select and nominate skilled global workers who can support Manitoba Province’s labor market. They do not expect to be in the province of Manitoba at the time of submitting applications application to be qualified. The 13 applicants invited through this category were invited directly through the Manitoba Provincial Program below the Initiative of Strategic Recruitment.
The 191 contestants invited through the Category Skilled Workers in Manitoba should have a full-time and permanent employment offer from an employer in the province of Manitoba, among other requirements.
